Kentucky • Provided initial design for State Assessment System • Reviewed and Validated 18 Program Areas to Fast-Track Assessment Blueprints in June, 2010 • Assisting in Technical Assessments • Foundations of Energy Program • 21 Program Areas (Assessments) Available
Oregon • Standards and Assessments Development in Regional Education Districts(6 Regions) • 18 program areas using E-SESS • Regions similar to a county • 1400+ students tested • Results shown by ESD
South Carolina • CTECS did Assessment Review, Update and Development in six program areas • Spring 2010 Assessments for statewide completers in E-SESS Testing System: • Welding with Performance Component • Construction and Building Trades • Accounting • Accounting II • General Management and Entrepreneurship
Virginia • CTECS developed the Workplace Readiness Skills Test (WRS) for the Commonwealth of Virginia • CTECS is serving as the Statewide Test Provider for the WRS Assessment (piloting now) • Full Statewide Implementation in April of 2010
Georgia • CTECS is Working with the Technical College System of Georgia to Develop and Pilot End of Course Assessments for Six Technical Areas that can be Used for Articulated Credit. • As a Longer Term Outcome TCSG Staff will Assume the Process Over Time.
