  3. Diamante Poetry: • has exactly seven lines. • is in the shape of a diamond.

  4. Diamante must follow the following format, line-by-line: 1 noun that contrasts to line #7 2 adjectives that describe line #1 3 action verbs that relate to line 1 Four nouns (two relating to noun; two relating to antonym) 3 actions verbs that relate to line #7 2 adjectives that describe line #7 1 noun that contrasts to line #1
