  7. Preliminary Assessment • Known generally as a ‘PA’ • Required for developments with building area over 7,000m2 • PA is a study of the impact of proposed development on the local environment • PA based on a Development Concept NOT detailed design plans

  8. CurrentInvestigations • PA supported by a range of specialist studies and associated information including: • Engineering Services (Site Investigation) Report • Traffic and Parking Assessment • Geotechnical Assessment • Vegetation Assessment • Lease & Development Conditions
