  5. Readiness Center & Readiness Scorecard METRIC - “Telemetry Performance” Schedule November 2009 – February 2010. The first measurements on the Nodal Scorecard will be available on 11/18/2009. A market notice will be sent to Market Participants when the “Telemetry Performance” metric goes live. Applies to QSEs with Resources and TDSPs Frequency Aligns with database loads (typically bi-weekly) Dashboard A dashboard containing the following data will be posted on the Readiness Center: • Total # of required telemetry points by QSE and TDSP • Total # of SE points missing by QSE and TDSP • Total # of SCED points missing by QSE and TDSP • Telemetry % provided The link to the dashboard will be provided in the Readiness Scorecard – metric definition page. Readiness Center & Readiness Scorecard METRIC – “ERCOT Nodal Procedures” Schedule November 2009 – December 2010 Frequency Monthly Dashboard A dashboard containing the following data will be posted on the Readiness Center: • # of Procedures Developed • # of Procedures Exercised • Total # of Procedures. The link to the dashboard will be provided in the Readiness Scorecard – metric definition page. Criteria

Readiness Center & Readiness Scorecard METRIC – “ERCOT Internal Nodal Training” Schedule November 2009 – September 2010 Frequency Monthly Dashboard A dashboard with all departments impacted by Nodal, will be posted on the Readiness Center. Information will include: • Counts of completed/uncompleted Training Activities • Next Training Activity Due Date • Individual Department Training Status/Points: The link to the dashboard will be provided in the Readiness Scorecard – metric definition page. Criteria Overall ERCOT Criteria The overall ERCOT Internal Training Metric is obtained by summing the points from all of the departments, and applying the criteria posted above. • Green (0 pt): No uncompleted training due within 30 days • Amber (1 pt): Uncompleted training due within 30 days • Red (3 pt): Uncompleted training is past due
