HOJA DE VIDA DEL PROYECTO HISTORIA Los pacientes hospitalizados en el área de quirúrgicas HUV según su evolución clínica son dados de alta por el medico tratante y deben esperar los tramites administrativos para su egreso, los cuales en un momento dado no son oportunos para el paciente ni para la institución.

  5. FLUJOGRAMA EGRESO DE PACIENTES INICIO Define si el paciente o usuario hospitalizado le da de alta MEDICO Valora la estabilidad clínica y evolución del paciente para su egreso MEDICO SI NO Hospitalizado

Salida Área asistencial Área administrativa Recoge medicamentos y expide paz y salvo Realiza devolutivos de medicamentos y brinda orientación a pacientes y familiares sobre cuidados y facturación de salida Diligencia formato de salida historia clínica FACTURACION Organiza la historia clínica Lleva HC diligenciada a facturación MEDICO SECRETARIA Elabora formulas, citas de control y explica al paciente MENSAJERO ENFERMERA JEFE, AUXILIAR DE ENFERMERIA Revisa HC y expide boleta de salida MEDICO FACTURACION F I N
