  6. Add The Spark Plug • Make sure to screw it in with your HAND before tightening with a SOCKET!

  7. Oil Pressure Sensor • Make sure the oil pressure sensor is lined up correctly and fastened down. • What does this part do??

  8. Flywheel Pin and Bushing • 1. Slip the flywheel bushing over the end of the crankshaft output shaft. • 2. LIGHTLY tap the flywheel retaining pin into the groove as shown • What does this part do??

  9. Adding The Flywheel • 1. Place the flywheel on the crankshaft shaft AND ALIGN WITH THE PIN! • 2. Place the COLLAR on top • 3. Add the WASHER AND NUT. • 4. Tighten down

  10. Adding The Magneto • 1. Align the Magneto with the holes and loosely tighten bolts WITH YOUR HANDS! • 2. Make sure there is a LITTLE GAP (about the width of a nickel) between the Magneto and the Flywheel. • 3. Tighten down the bolts

  11. Connect The Spark Plug Wire • Connect the Spark Plug Wire to the Spark Plug. • You should hear a little “pop” sound.
