  3. Commendation – “I Know” • Love, service, faith, and patience • Compare to 1 Thess 1:3 • Growth – “the last are more than the first.” 2:19b • 2 Peter 1:5-9

  4. Condemnation – “Nevertheless” • You allow that woman Jezebel, who calls herself a prophetess, to teach and seduce My servants” • Jesus is condemning the church not Jezebel • Jezebel had been dealt with, its time to deal with those influenced by her. • Eph 5:11; Rom 16:17,18; 2 Thes 3:6; 1 Pet 2:9
