People Yin Chen: President and CEO, BSI Financial Group Prior to joining BSI Financial Group, Ying Chen worked in TD Financial Group and RBC Financial Group at various level positions for over 12 years with broad experiences in financial services areas. As the CEO, Ying Chen's role is to lead BSI Financial Group to success. Wei Huang: Founding Partner and CFO, BSI Financial Group Master of Mathematical Finance (MMF) from University of Toronto Seven years working experience with TD and RBC Capital Market Trading Risk Management. Four year experience in the residential and commercial Real Estate business BSI is a team composed of motivated professionals who are dedicated to producing high quality, customer oriented solutions that gives a high degree of satisfaction and significant professional service to its clients. Recruiting BSI’s Financial Talent Pool • The BSI financial talent pool has been widely respected by the financial industry, and 75% of them are Chinese Canadian. • Due to the fact that CCB and BSI have not yet formally signed on an agreement, we are not able to publish the five positions that CCB asked for. • However, we have done some candidates’ screening through our resume database and unofficial personal contacts. • There are several strong candidates who are interested in the CCB’s new positions, such as CRO, COO. • They like to know more detailed information about the positions through BSI, such as position salary, location, corporate backgrounds, etc. • BSI would like to accelerate the process of corporation between CCB and BSI to benefit both CCB and our candidates.
