Rating System • 5- Outstanding • 4- Excellent • 3-Strong • 2-Average • 1-Below Average • 0-Weak For many of the sections, you will rate the applicant on a scale of 0 to 5. Use these guidelines. Elks National Foundation Helping Elks Build Stronger Communities
Section 1. Scholarship • Part 1, Test Scores. Test scores are worth 250 points, based on a table. • Part 2, Academic Achievement. Review the student’s transcript and academic qualities, and assign a rating on a scale of 0 to 5. Section 2. Leadership • Leadership Section = 400 Points • Part A, Work Experience. 50 Points. • Rate the applicant’s work experience on a scale of 0 to 5. Multiply your rating by 10, for a maximum total of 50 points. Elks National Foundation Helping Elks Build Stronger Communities
Section 2. Leadership • Part B, Community Service. 100 Points. • Rate the applicant’s community service on a scale of 0 to 5. Multiply your rating by 20, for a maximum total of 100 points. Elks National Foundation Helping Elks Build Stronger Communities
