  2. COSO MUNICIPAL Es un albergue o deposito destinado para llevar temporalmente los animales de las diferentes especies que se encuentren en las vías publicas sin propietario.

  3. NORMATIVIDAD aplicable • Ley 84 de 1989. • Ley 769 de 2002 articulo 97. • Decreto 2257 de 1987.

  4. LEY 84 DE 1989 : Por la cual se adopta el estatuto nacional de protección de los animales y se crea unas contravenciones y se regula lo referente a su procedimiento y competencia. • LEY 769 DE 2002 :( articulo 97) No deben dejarse animales sueltos en las vías publicas o con libre acceso a estas. • Decreto 2257 de 1987: prevención y control de zoonosis.

  5. JUSTIFICACION Es necesario realizar la construcción del coso municipal, con el fin de garantizar el resguardo de los animales sueltos y que de ambulan por el municipio como ganado bovino, equinos, caninos y aves que por su presencia en las calles hacen presentar accidentes con los automotores así mismo la proliferación de enfermedades y zoonosis a la población por no contar con ningún control.

  6. OBJETIVOS • OBJETIVO GENERAL • Construir y poner en funcionamiento el Coso Municipal para animales que se encuentren en la calle sin propietario. • OBJETIVOS ESPECIFICOS • Proteger a los animales del maltrato • Prevenir accidentes transito.
