  3. THERE ARE TWO MAIN WAYS OF SEARCHING THE INTERNET SEARCH BOX MENUS

  4. USE A KEYWORD SEARCH Google is a keyword search engine. This means you just have to type in a key word, or words, into the search box.

  5. Refine your search When you type in more key words. You get fewer results( a website or web page found by a search engine), but the relevance (important information closely related to the topic) of the websites you find increases.

  6. find information using menus Website often use menus. a menu is a list of all the pages in a site. Sometimes a site will have submenus too-lists of lists

  7. find words on a web page Choose Edit > Find (on this page ) to bring up the Find box. Then type the word you are looking for , and click Find Next
