NOT RI Global Database District 1080 now has its own searchable membership database It is NOT linked to the RIGD And therefore Club Secretaries Continue to update it as normal
Benefit to Clubs, Members & Officers • Can edit own data • Clubs can add / edit officers • Data is always up to date (as long as your details are correct) • No need to notify Paul Jeffery • Responsible for your own and club data • Can produce printed information in many formats • Generic email addresses for club officers
So how do you do it …. Only a summary!
Simple Summary • login in to rotary1080.org and land at the members page • click the "search & print (Rotarians)" link • search for something • look at the results • choose the report you want (next to "go") and see what you get
Caveat • It is new – bear with us • There are duplicates please live with it for a while • It is only as good as the data you put in • Log in difficulty may initially occur Email:webmaster@rotary1080.org.uk please be patient as it is a big task
