C E King High School Band High School Band- 54 Members Jazz Band- 25 Members Varsity Band- 48 Concert Band- 78 6th Grade Band- 77 This year’s main goal for our organization is to increase the total number of participants while maintaining a high level of respect for all facets of instrumental music. Indoor Drum Line begins December 11th/ Brass Choir begins December 10th/ Solo and Ensemble will begin in January/ MS Solo and Ensemble is on February 7th/ HS Midwinter Concert is on February 10th/ HS Solo and Ensemble Contest is on February 28th/ MS Concert and Sight Reading Contest is on April 3rd/ HS Concert and Sight Reading Contest is on April 9th/ The Spring Trip to Corpus Christy is the 8th and 9th of May/ Combined Middle School and High School Spring Concert is on May 19th/ Marching Band Pre-Camp is the first week of June
