Identification of GSB expected selling price. • Identification of ADM remodeling/ retrofitting costs • Identification of expected costs for new building construction. • Construction and maintenance cost for underground parking lot. • Best Value proposal analysis for ADM remodeling and new building construction. • Identification of possible guaranteed construction costs for new building construction and ADM remodeling, as inputs for the RFP. • Preliminary review and overall approval of building construction plans. • Identification of design requirements and specific technical criteria by relevant federal and district agencies (NCPC, DC-HPO, NPS, CFA, and others). • Specific guidelines to be included in design proposal, as inputs for preparation of RFP. • Workspace analysis (# offices, cubicles, meeting rooms, etc.) • Determination of workspaces to be created and consolidated as part of the ADM retrofitting. • Updating ADM deferred maintenance requirements. • Workspace and parking space size requirement for the new building. • Soil analysis to determine feasibility and specific technical requirements for construction of underground parking lot. • Elaboration of design proposal for new building and blueprints for ADM remodeling. • Determination of specific technical requirements (architectural, mechanical, engineering) to be included in the RFP.
