DEBATE STATEMENTS 1 Pupils / Students who have engaged in Exchange activities are more flexible and able to adapt to changes.

DEBATE STATEMENTS 3 Exchange of teachers has more impact than the exchange of students.
4 Exchange activities in initial training should only be fun.
DEBATE STATEMENTS 5 Exchange in VET will only be possible if the social partners make it a priority in VET.
DEBATE STATEMENTS 6 Exchange should be a mandatory part in the VET curriculum.
DEBATE STATEMENTS • Companies will benefit from employees who have engaged in Exchange activities during their training.
DEBATE STATEMENTS 8 Trade Unions should support making work placements / internships for foreign students available in the home country.
DEBATE STATEMENTS • Exchange is only for grown up and clever people like EGIN Members!
DEBATE STATEMENTS 10 In competence based training social competences also play a role. In modern education this should mean in the European perspective of exchange / experiences abroad.
