Learnings • Our communication route of #NotSoFriendly resonated with the audience as they began using the hashtag in match conversations organically. • Videos and Live tweeting as a format worked very well for us. GIF reactions, twitter polls and Instagram polls improved the engagement rate of the content. • The engagement rate differs from highlight videos to highlight videos because of the kind of content depicted. Understanding what the audience prefers to watch and serving them that content works. (Ex – Stump Mic videos) • Not limiting our content to push communication is essential to drive interactions and build engagement with that particular community. (Doing more of UGC content)
