  2. Rome – Rise and Fall Emperor of Rome Generals of Rome In ‘Emperor of Rome’ 2-4 players will enter the cut throat world of Roman politics. Following election into office, players will attempt to gain fame by the resolving of crises throughout the Empire. Competing with and hindering your opponents will be essential if you aspire to become the first Caesar.. “Emperor of Rome!” In “Generals of Rome” 2-4 players will vie to acquire regions, establish cities and appoint governors in a bid to enter Rome “VirTriumphalis!”. Using the same board, the 2 player game “Rise of Rome” pits the Roman player against the Barbarian hordes. Build the Empire before you are overrun by Barbaria!
