Way forward: PCB to consider 1st deliverable from the SIE – mission statement – which will underpin all further work Consultative processes will continue Strategic Plan - in December 2010 - will bring together SIE streams into a single overarching strategic plan New Unified Budget and Accountability Framework to be considered by the PCB in mid 2011 - will provide the operational plan for the Strategic Plan Integrated package will facilitate transparency and accountability and demonstrate how the Joint Programme delivers results and adds value to the global response to the pandemic
