Major Guard • Mechanical Repair Coverage: • Comprehensive mechanical repair coverage, except for a short list of excluded components. • Alternate Transportation Coverage: • Pays to rent a replacement vehicle or public transportation • ($35/day, 5 day max; Parts delay increased coverage to 8 days) • Two or more manufacturer’s labor time guide hours • Or, Inoperable and must be kept in the repair shop overnight • Towing and Road Service: • Any disablement of a vehicle • Use toll-free roadside assistance telephone number for NO out-of-pocket expenses • $75.00 max ($50.00 sales prior to 10-1-07) • Trip Interruption on Plans sold after 1-1-09: • Lodging and meal allowance when breakdown incurs more than 100 miles from home and has not arrived a final destination. • $150 per day max. 5 day max. • $0 DEDUCTIBLE
Value Guard • Mechanical Repair Coverage: • Provides coverage for specified components within 9 major areas: • Engine (Gasoline/Diesel); Fuel Delivery Components; Steering Components; Transmission/Transaxle: Front/Rear-Wheel Drive Components; Electrical Components: Front Suspension; Vehicle Manufacturer-Installed Air Conditioning Components; and Braking Components • Alternate Transportation Coverage: • Pays to rent a replacement vehicle or public transportation • ($35/day, 5 day max; Parts delay increased coverage to 8 days) • Two or more manufacturer’s labor time guide hours • Or, Inoperable and must be kept in the repair shop • Towing: • Reimbursement for towing related to any covered part and/or component failure • $75.00 max ($50.00 sales prior to 10-1-07)

OLM Care (Oil Life Monitor): • Maintenance & Inspections: • Oil change and Oil filter replacement • Maintenance I or II inspections • GM Simplified Maintenance I (MI) and Maintenance II (MII) Inspection Schedules • Eligibility: • GM Dealerships only and service must be done at selling dealer reimbursed at the Tier purchased • Cadillac, Chevrolet, Pontiac, Buick, GMC and Saturn • GM Vehicles equipped with GM’s Oil Life Monitor (OLM) system • Current + 10 MY and appear on the current Vehicle Classification Guide • Less than 100,000 odometer miles • Parameters • $0 deductible • Three (3) Tier Price structure based on dealer’s desired reimbursement rates • Coverage/Frequency of service intervals will be based on the OLM system. • Transferable & Cancellable ($50) fee will apply where applicable • No surcharges

MRP Limited Warranty Program: • 3 Month / 3,000 mile Powertrain Limited Warranty • Dealer’s must elect to participate in program • All eligible used vehicles will have 3 months / 3,000 mile Powertrain Limited Warranty coverage. • Eligible Vehicles: • Current MY + 10 prior MY • Less than or equal to 100,000 miles • Appearing in Rate Classes A0 – D9 and eligible for GM Protection Plan/MRP coverage • Coverage: • Gasoline Engine, Diesel Engine, Transmission/Transaxle, and Front-/Rear-Wheel Drive • Buyer’s Guide: • Dealers must prepare, fill in as applicable and display in accordance with Federal Law.
Medium Duty Truck (MDT) : • Any dealership with a valid GM Protection Plan/MRP Dealer Participation Agreement can sell GMPP MDT product. • Coverage levels: • Powertrain Plus • Engine and Transmission Only • Engine Only • Only components listed are covered. See Admin.
