  4. 2017-18 Review • Men’s Club • Finished 1st in our Division • Won the Carolina Union Playoffs (Charlotte, Atlanta) • Won Round of 32 Match versus New Orleans • NAV 7s Championship • 2nd Place in the 7s Southern Conference Championship • Finished in the top 16 in 15s and top 32 in 7s.

  5. 2017-18 Review • Raised about $1200 for Christmas Presents for needy children in our town • Adopt a High Way – Brucewood Rd (still need to do it 2 more times this year) • Membership: 60 Men

Men’s Team Goals • D2 Goals – Win a ‘ship, increase our level of play (penalties), focus on micro-level goals, better decision on points, not talking to the ref, cross training on key positions, not drop down a player, positive, foundation up, build each other up, team cohesion (Create and Nurture), team events non rugby related w/ the boys and making noise, solid touch schedule (non t/th), Monday touch every two weeks, option gym sessions, off the field fundraiser ideas, • Dues include gym membership • D4 Goals – don’t forfeit any matches. Minimal D2 need. Have everyone be able to be fit enough to play 80 minutes. • Fundraising Goals - $17,000 • Community Involvement – Same as last year, improve on events
