Azusa American Little League Serving our community since 1956 PO Box 775, Azusa, Ca 91702 www.azusaamericanll.com AALL would like to invite all boys and girls ages 5 – 12 to register for the 2009 Baseball Season! • Registration will take place on the following Saturdays: • December 6, 2008 • December 13, 2008 • January 3, 2009 • January 10, 2009 • January 24, 2009 • 10am – 2pm at Zacatecas Park Registration Costs and Divisions: Tee-Ball - $60 boys ages 5 – 7 yrs old, Girls until 8 yrs old Minors - $70 ages 7 – 9 yrs old Majors - $80 ages 10 – 12 yrs old *Additional - Each player must leave a snack bar deposit which is refundable at completion of snack bar duty. $10 OFF Registration fee per additional sibling in the same household. $5 OFF Registration fee per child if paid in full with cash • Registration Requirements: • Original Birth Certificate Abstracts will not be accepted • 3 proof of residency: Driver License, a utility bill, and any type of other bill • These forms are required upon registration for all players. • Registration forms are accessible on our website. To Participate at the Azusa American Little League you must reside within our boundaries: West side of Azusa Ave., North of Arrow Hwy., East of the 605 fwy., and all children in the City of Duarte, Ca.
