Conference Program Board • The Conference Program Board (CPB) is a new board established in 2003 to oversee the planning, organization and implementation of the National Conference. • CPB members include representatives from Headquarters, Professional Members, Student Members, Corporate Partnership Council and Local Section Hosts • The CPB works closely with Headquarters on the many planning phases of the conference.

CPB Strategic Goals • By 2008, Recognized as the Gold Standard of Conferences • Increase Conference Attendance to 6000 by 2009 • Develop Programming Strategy that Supports 4-Year Attendance Growth • Increase # of Return Attendees by X% in 4 Years • Increase Conference Budget Overage by 5% Annually
