1. Pretest Flow Chart Visual Inspection CIDcheck Return to CID process Plug all test tools, run Freedos test program. Rework (ARN) Check R R ARN: Abnormal Request Notice Windows OS Plug in CPU voltage test tool on the CPU socket. Measure CPU voltage (Vcore) R R Turn OFF Power supply Remove all test devices. Plug in Cpu,Ram,port80 Check post code has passed CPU& Memory. R Means Return to RMA or Pass to Repair Engineer. R
2. Final Test Flow Chart Visual inspection (OQC) OQC: Output Quality Control Rework Check (ARN) Return to engineer repair again, if can’t repair, pass to exchange flow. Plug all test tools, run ASUS test program. Windows OS Test Finished, pass to next station
