Skenario • Setiap ibu post partum fisiologis maupun patologis di setiap rumah sakit, rumah bersalin, puskesmas atau bidan praktik swasta (BPS) diberikan antibiotik amoxicilin selama 3 hari untuk mencegah terjadi infeksi meskipun ada atau tidak tanda-tanda infeksi obat antibiotik tetap diberikan. Apakah pemberian antibiotik amoxicilin perlu diberikan pada semua ibu postpartum baik fisiologis maupun patologis?

  3. ANALISIS PICO • P : semua ibu post partum mendapatkan obat antibiotik • I : diberikan antibiotik golongan amoxicillin 3 hari • C : tidak diberikan antibiotik pada ibu postpartum fisiologis • O : semua ibu post partum fisiologis tidak mengalami infeksi
