Stakeholder Engagement Advisory Body - Project Partners
Central Asset Hub The Hub will • manage a fleet of simulation assets • ensure access for SCPN & PCPN members at a time and location appropriate for the local Educators • be based at The Holmesglen Simulation Centre, purchase, securely store and adequately insure the equipment and; • facilitate the implementation of an appropriate asset management • facilitate the implementation of a user-friendly booking system • coordinate transport of equipment within the SCPN

Strategic Plan A new role of Project manager will oversee all projects and be responsible for developing and implementing the strategic plan for the CPN that would include: • data collection &establish appropriate KPI’s • a Sim training needs analysis for the CPN • ensure plans and projects are sustainable • refine, implement and manage governance structures to coordinate SBET in the SCPN • implement evaluation methods to evaluate impact of project on stated objectives • assist where appropriate in data collection and administration of research projects related to SBET in the SCPN
