  2. Monday • One day in 1906, dr. maria Montessori heard the lafter of children • The children liveded in a touff neighborhood in Rome called san lorenzo

  3. Tuesday • Dr Montessori decided to set up a school for them children • Her called the school Casa dei Bambini, which means “children’s house.”

  4. Wednesday • Because she believed that children’s learn by doing she putted tools and materials for children to handle in the classroom • The children learned skills such as lacing polishing and building

  5. Thursday • They choose they’re own work and they developed independence and self-confidence • She used sandpaper letters that was rouff to the touch to learn these children the alphabet

  6. Friday • Using number rods of different sizes, she teached they how to count • The Montessori method still work so well today that Montessori schools is everywhere in the world
