IRIS SYSTEM HAS 4 STEPS • STEP1: INSPECT THE PART 第一步: 检查产品 If defect is questionable: 如果缺陷不易判断 • STEP2: PUT ON IN-CAR POSITION FIXTURE 第二步: 将产品放在车身位置夹具上 If defect is visible: 如果缺陷是明显的 • STEP3: USE CARD TO MEASURE PRECISELY第三步: 使用外观检查卡量度是否符合标准 If defect is still questionable: 如果缺陷仍然不易判断 • STEP4: PUT ON RED RACK第四步: 将产品放在红车上
STEP1 OF IRIS SYSTEM • STEP1: INSPECT THE PART • 第一步: 检查产品 • According to check sheet根据检验卡上定义的标准检查 • Following inspection procedure (“eye path”)按照检查顺序(检查路径) • Respect the time defined in the “eye path”遵守”检查路径”上定义的检查时间

DON’T’s • WHAT YOU MUST NOT DO: 不应该做的 • Use red rack to store food, rubber band, label用红车存放食物,密封条,标签 • Use red rack as a temporary storage将红车当作临时存放架使用 • Throw bad parts (“basket ball effect”)随意扔不合格品 • Loose time hesitating犹豫不决而耽误时间 FORBIDDEN禁止
DO’s • WHAT YOU MUST DO: 应该做的 • Use IRIS red rack for each questionable part用IRIS红车装有疑问的产品 • Use red rack intensively每一次发现有疑问的产品都要使用IRIS红车 • Put bad parts in the scrap box carefully将不合格品小心地放入不合格品箱中 • Each time you hesitate, use IRIS system每次不好判断时,使用IRIS方法.
CONCLUSION • ONLY TOGETHER WE CAN SUCCEED只有一起工作我们才能成功 • END-OF-LINE INSPECTORS HAVE A KEY ROLE线末的操作工有一个关键的任务 • Detect defect:检查出缺陷 • Not too strong judgement 不要太严格 • Not too weak judgement 不要太放宽 • Just right judgement = STANDARD只进行合适的判断=标准 • Record defect in Kosu sheet: 将缺陷记录在KOSU表上 • Very precise type of defect准确地记录缺陷 • Alert if problem: 有问题时及时提出 • Call supervisor if doubt拿不准时请求主管帮助 • Get help from supercontrol从超检那里寻求帮助
