  3. 10,000 Rotaract clubs 1,100 new Rotaractclubs in 2018-19 170,000reported members

  4. But… there is still opportunity for more growth • Only 27% of all Rotary clubs sponsor a Rotaract club • In US and Canada: • Only 30% of Rotaract clubs are community based • Currently 721 Rotaract Clubs in USA and 105 in Canada

  6. Resources for Engaging Rotaract • Understand and assess the make-up of Rotaractin your districts • Review your district’s listing of club sponsored organizations report

  7. Resources for Engaging Rotaract • Connect with the District Rotaract Representatives (DRR) • Collaborate with Rotaract Multidistrict Information Organizations (MDIO)

  8. What is an MDIO? • Rotaract clubs in 2 or more districts • Share information & improve communication • Must have approval of the district governors & RI board

  10. Engagement Strategy 1 • Few Rotaractclubs & Rotaractors have never been integrated into PETS • Include a session for Presidents using our ready made presentation

  11. Engagement Strategy 2 • Few Rotaract clubs & no uniform trainings for their club presidents • Train Rotaract president-elects alongside Rotary club presidents- elect

  12. Engagement Strategy 3 • Strong Rotaractpresence in your district & Rotaractors organize at the district level & beyond • Implement a hybrid approach with a joint PETS and Rotaract event
