What is stress? • Stress is the emotional response to everything urgent, frightening, or irritating that sets your body and mind off balance. • Stress can happen to anybody at anytime. • stress can cause emotional behavioral and physical responses
Is stress a bad thing or a good thing? • Good • If it pushes you to persevere. • Bad • If it keeps you from doing your every day activities.
My research question was how does stress effect the health and everyday life of people of all ages?
