Le Corbusier is one of my favorite architects because of his famous design Ronchamp. • It is appealing to the younger generation because of its modern form.
Everything about Le Corbusier’s design is appealing. • His design is successful because it has major elements of firmness, commodity, and delight. • Ronchamp was designed in 1957-1960 when the revolution of modern design was popular.

Le Corbusier uses different size square and rectangular cutouts to let in natural light. • The last project we had in IARC was to design a dinning room. I used the Ronchamp cutouts as an inspiration to design a tower to let in natural light into my dinning space. • The Ronchamp chapel is very appealing to me and will most likely always be one of my favorite designs.
