  2. SLASH AND TRASH How to use: • Read the all answers first. • Cross out the obvious wrong answers. • Choose the strongest answer. • Check your work.

  3. Chronological order is a study tool that helps you organize your thought processes. • The events in the story are sequential (in order). • The events happen in a certain order. • Look for times and dates throughout the passage. Chronological Order

  4. Underline Important details • Underline the key events such as the title, dates , places, and people. • Write in your EOG packet important information. • Just do it and see the end results.

  5. Trust Your Instincts & Class Notes How to use • Always go with the first answer. • Study class notes, write down information that you may already know. • Do not second guess yourself. Trust your Instincts!!

  6. Taking your time!!! How to use • Slow down while answering questions. • Take advantage of the breaks. • Check back over your work. • Be aware of the testing time on the board.
