  3. Extra Support • Please see your 7th Grade Counselor, Mr. Graham, if you have concerns that are interfering with your learning. This may include: • Difficulty studying • Time management • Situations with friends • Loss of a loved one

  4. Use your student planner.Ask your teachers if they are available for help during Nutrition and/or Lunch.Turn in assignments on time.Pay attention in class.Turn in make up work when you are absent. Dress daily for P.E. TIPS FOR 7TH GRADE SUCCESS

  5. NOT FEELING WELL? SICK? STAY HOME! IF YOU HAVE A FEVER, STAY AT HOME 24 HOURS AFTER YOUR FEVER HAS GONE AWAY WITHOUT MEDICATION

  6. IF YOU’RE ABSENT… • YOU MUST HAVE A SIGNED NOTE FROM EITHER A DOCTOR AND/OR PARENT(S) EXPLAINING THE REASON FOR ABSENCE & BRING THAT NOTE TO THE ATTENDANCE OFFICE. • IF YOU TAKE MEDICATIONS, THE NURSE MUST BE NOTIFIED.

  7. Upcoming Events • After School Homework Help starts Sept 9: After school M-W 3:15-4:20 Before school Tues- Fri 7:15-7:45 • Photo Day: August 29 • Lunch Clubs (Past clubs have included: ping pong, cheer, jump roping, Hebrew, Korean, science fiction, Circle of Friends, etc.)

  14. MR. SHIBATA • Lockers 5 – 41 – 17 (actual combination) 7 – 43 – 19 (add 2 and write it down in your notebook • Homeroom teachers will help you learn how to open lockers • DO NOT GIVE YOUR COMBINATION TO ANYONE ELSE.

  15. Library Conduct • Library Hours: • Open at 7:30 am • Closed at 3:30 pm • During class time you must have a pass from your teacher! • Library rules will be posted at the door • Ms. Mills is looking forward to seeing you!
