Possible solution We need to have good environment for women to bear a child. Many countries try to practice several ways to solve the problem. <For example> ・the more children you have, the less taxes you pay. ・If a woman bears a child, she is given bonus by the government. ・The government takes care of the cost of birth. ・The government makes a place to take care of a child while parents work.
