HSOPS Completion Process FA requests Survey Link for the unit to be surveyed FA must provide the number of unit survey participants Participant reporting allows for percent complete real time FA receives the HSOPS link via e-mail The link is unique to the unit only; not to any unit members FA provides the link to the survey participants via e-mail Unit members must complete the survey within 2 weeks Surveys are considered complete upon submission
