    5. Observations Deviations Observed are Likely Partially Due to The Class Allowing Continued Fairing of the Plug Prior to Each Mold Being Made. Deviations Observed are Likely Within the Technology Used to Reproduce Hulls and Plugs. Not All Etchells are the Same. Many Details Differ Between the Molds

    6. Needed Future Actions Based on the Three Hull Scans and The Plug Scan The IGC Will Need to Determine What a Etchells Is? New Hull Drawings / Solids Will Have to be Generated Methods for Producing New Molds Will Have to be Standardized Plug Needs to Be Much Better Maintained
