Log 15342 – PM Forces Warranty Claim This enhancement allows users to identify specific PM programs that, when placed onto a work order, will require a warranty claim be created. This is ideal for tracking recalls and safety campaigns, as it properly tracks the completion of the program and the recovery of the cost from the OEM/vendor. Setup: In the PM program rules, users mark the PM as required. Optionally, they can identify the warranty program to use.
Log 15367 – Create Item Equivalence for Merge Parts When users merge parts, they now have an option to set the “merge from” part as an item equivalence. This will prevent that same erroneous part number from being set up again. Path: EMMS / Administration / Utilities / Merge & Purge
Log 13732 – Bypass Credit Check for a Company Owned Unit If the customer credit is on hold or they are over their credit limit, work orders can still be created if the unit is a ‘company owned’ unit. Since the unit is company owned, the maintenance work has to be completed regardless. Setup: This business parameter is located on the “Credit Check Business Parameters” screen.
Log 15295 – Ability to Access Meter History from Reading Tolerance When users receive the meter reading tolerance warning/error message, they can now access the historical meter readings directly from the message window. Setup: No setup required.
Log 15177 – Fleet List by Pool, Multiple Equipment Types, Customer Users can now choose up to 7 equipment types, a specific pool, a specific customer, and an option to show permit number and expiry date on the Fleet List report. Path: Asset Management / Administration / Reports / Equipment / Fleet List
Log 15993 – Exclude Task Code when Triggering Repeat Repairs Repeat repairs can now be defined and sequenced by equipment group and/or equipment type. At each level, users can define the task or leave the task code blank. Users can also upload the Repeat Repairs thresholds. Setup: EMMS / Administration / Tables / Maintenance / VMRS Codes / VMRS Repeat Thresholds
Log 15649 – Inventory Value Summary Inventory “As At” report now includes an option to ‘Summarize by Item Category’. The report will also provide a total by warehouse and a report total. Setup: EMMS / Administration / Reports / Materials / Inventory “As At”
Log 15976– Display Other Warehouse Movements on Slow Moving Inventory Report An option has been added to the “Slow Moving” inventory report to display usage of the same part at other locations. If usage has occurred at multiple locations, the list of locations will print. Setup: EMMS / Administration / Reports / Materials / Slow Moving Inventory by Warehouse
Log 15993– Ability to Define SRT’s by Equipment Type or Manufacturer Standard Job Times can now be defined and sequenced by equipment group, equipment type, and manufacturer. Users can also upload the SRTs. Setup: EMMS / Administration / Tables / Maintenance / VMRS Codes / VMRS Standard Job Times
Log 15177 – Fleet List by Feature Codes and Feature Values Users can now select 3 specific feature codes and, optionally, specific feature values. Path: Asset Management / Administration / Reports / Equipment / Fleet List
Log 15408– Close PM Dates Immediately for Sublets The business parameter “When to Close Sublet PM’s”, when set to ‘A – At the time of assignment’, allows for PM’s to trigger their next interval, regardless of whether the sublet invoice was received. Setup: This business parameter is located on the “Preventive Maintenance” business parameters screen.
Log 15407 a– Retail Customer Views From all work order views there is a selection option for “Retail” customers. The field is promptable, and the customer name will appear on the filtered view. Path: Hotkey / Work Order / Customer
Log 15407 b– Customer Repair History Report The customer repair reports can now be run for all customers. Additionally, the report can be run for all or a specific ‘Retail’ customer. Path: Asset Management / Administration / Reports / Equipment / Fleet List
