skin • This system deals with the largest organ in the body. The skin covers every part on the outside of the body and even the inside of some places like the mouth.
Layers • The skin is composed of two layers the dermis layer and epidermis layer. • The dermis layer is the connective tissue layer under the epidermis layer. • The epidermis layer is the outer most protective layer of skin on our body.

The nervous system may be divided into two parts central and peripheral. • The central part contains the brain and the spinal cord. • The peripheral part contains all the nerves that reach out to various parts of the body.
Functions • The nervous system is the major controlling, regulatory, and communicating system in the body. It is the center of all mental activity including thought, learning, and memory. Together with the endocrine system, the nervous system is responsible for regulating and maintaining homeostasis.

What is the Lymphatic System? The network of vessels through which lymph drains from the tissues into the bloodstream Lymph- a fluid that contains whit blood cells that bathes the tissues and drains through the lymphatic system into the bloodstream
Function? • Collects and transports tissue fluids • Help the body to build up immunity to infectious diseases • Transports large enzymes and hormones through the bloodstream

Kidneys • The kidneys are an important part of the urinary system. The kidneys job is to keep chemicals such as potassium and sodium and water in balance and to remove a waste called urea.
Facts about urinary system • Adults pass about a quart and half of urine each day depending on fluids and foods consumed. • Normal urine is sterile it contains fluids, salts, and waste products but is free of bacteria, viruses, and fungi. • Tissues of the bladder are isolated from urine and toxic substances by a coating that discourages bacteria growth on the bladders wall.

What is the reproductive system? • The system that deals with sexual reproduction. Distinguishes between male and female. The reproductive system helps keep the human population going, generation to generation. In the female, a baby develops inside the females wound until it is ready to be born.
