  2. Butler Media Center • BMC began to transfer collections to ReCAP in July 2007 • Collections include multiple video formats: DVD, VHS, laserdisc and others • CLIO location off,bmc is assigned to all BMC collections at ReCAP • BMC collections are assigned customer code CV at ReCAP

  3. Accessions • 8,651 items have been accessioned since July 2007 • As of December 2010, nothing has been accessioned in FY10/11 • The following chart visualizes the volume of accessions by fiscal year

  4. Requests • 1,444 requests have been placed for BMC collections • CLIO location off,bmc is assigned to all BMC collections at ReCAP • BMC collections at ReCAP may only be delivered to Milstein Reserves desk • Retrieval rate for BMC collections is 10.3%

  5. Deliveries • Milstein Reserves desk is assigned stop code CV • 1,726 items have been delivered to the Milstein Reserves desk since FY02/03 • Deliveries do not correspond as closely to the academic calendar as general Offsite collections

  6. Data • More information about data sets can be found on the ReCAP Data Center website • Primary data categories include: accession, retrieval, delivery and circulation • Tailored data sets and analysis will be provided to staff via the ReCAP Coordinator • Please see the ReCAP/BMC website for additional information
