  1. World Wildlife Fund (WWF) Jacob Sekerak “For conservation to last, the integration and interconnections of WWF’s approaches must be of equal measure to those of nature and to the forces that threaten our future.” Carter Roberts President and CEO My philanthropic celebrity is John Stamos from the hit TV show, Full House. Charity is not always about giving, it is helping as well. That’s exactly what he did. He is the national spokesperson for Project Cuddle, a foundation for helping abused babies. The definition of charity is a group that helps the unfortunate. An Example could be a soup kitchen or a homeless shelter. I could make a difference by bringing my own food and cooking it at a soup kitchen WWF has 2 headquarters, one in Washington, D.C and one in Geneva, Switzerland WWF helps to prevent illegal use and trade of endangered species and parts. WWF uses new technology to help save the environment WWF has 5 million active members; 1/5 of which live in the United States
