Notes • Primary job of leader is to determine how to use he tool of technology to complete business, education of project • Creates value not only for certain tech items, but also creating value for your department- be able to be at the table of the major decision makers – helps to support funding needs (eliminate under-funding of needed items) • * should expect to be included as an IT manager, but not necessarily drive the bus
