ADDIE -- Implement One to one -- SME (another third grade teacher) would check for clarity, scope and sequence, if the materials are appropriate , that the intended outcome meets the intended objectives, and if it appears that all teachers would be able to follow the project as it's been designed Small group --8 learners, representative of the class, would “pilot” the project Comments/suggestions would be considered through each step of the process!
