The entire community of Surly will make the decisions together and agree together. Every Utopian will be kicked out of the Utopia at the age of 70. After retirement (age of 65), the Utopian will be responsible for teaching the younger Utopians about their lives, jobs and their experiences.

  1. The entire community of Surly will make the decisions together and agree together. Every Utopian will be kicked out of the Utopia at the age of 70. After retirement (age of 65), the Utopian will be responsible for teaching the younger Utopians about their lives, jobs and their experiences. Every inhabitant of the Utopia has to plant at least 5 trees in their life. The 7 Laws of Surly The possession of an oil-running machine, will result in immediate release. A family is not aloud to consist of more than 6 people in one household. Killing a cow is considered to be a heroic deed and will be rewarded. If you commit any form of crime, your monthly payment will be decreased.
