Your task • Your teacher will give you a series of statements about elections in the UK. Decide if they are true of false. If they are false, see if you can correct them.
Your task • Study the information in Watts, p.41 and note down types of elections held in the UK. If you can, note the type of voting system used.
Your task • There are two principal types of electoral systems, majoritarian and proportional. Note down the characteristics of each one, using Watts, p.42-3
