Objectives The main objectives in conducting this survey were: to identify regional/national features, characterising corporate social responsibility to describe the profile of a proactive Manager, who understands the importance of a better society, a cleaner environment. to develop training tools in view of improving the skills and changing the attitudes of SMEs managers, for self-assessing social responsibilities 25/05/2012 3
Methodology Project target groups included are: - owners/managers of industrial SMEs - trainers from HMA A list of 250 SMEs A follow up procedure took place A number of 32 responses has been achieved, which means that 12,8% has reacted to our initiative 25/05/2012 4
