Sales Channels - System Builder Channel • Microsoft Dynamics CRM will no longer be offered in the System Builder channel • Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 Small Business Edition will be removed from the System Builder channel as of July 2008 Pricelist • Customers purchasing Microsoft Dynamics CRM SBE 3.0 through this date should be made aware they will not be able to purchase Software Assurance on this product

Pricing Summary: On-Premise (US Dollars) Prices shown in table below are Estimated Retail Pricing ranges in U.S. dollars for On-Premise software through Volume Licensing for the License plus one year of Software Assurance. Actual pricing and availability of Estimated Retail Pricing may vary by licensing program, geography, and Software Assurance term, in compliance with applicable local pricing policies.
Pricing Summary: On-Demand Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online (US Dollars) The commitment level, storage offerings and synchronization capabilities are as follows:
License Keys • Volume Licensing • License keys are embedded in download files and physical media (DVD) • License Keys are: • Not printed on the media or packaging! • Not posted on MVLS/VLSC! • Customers will not need to enter a license key • Except for customers who begin with a Trial or Time limited license • These customers will need to apply a license key obtained from the DVD/Media kit or download. • They may locate the License Key file on the media or in the download in this file: • \server\i386\license.txt or \server\amd64\license.txt - depending on whether 32 / 64 bit • They must enter commercial License Key into the License Manager to avoid re-install • Business Ready Licensing • Customers may obtain their License Keys in VOICE

Product Registration **BRL customers will already have registered their Microsoft Dynamics ERP products and will not be asked to register again. • One-time Customer registration required within 30 days and built into setup • Internet connection required • Product is disabled if not registered within 30 days & may be re-enabled after registration • Registration is required when a license key is obtained from these channels: • Volume Licensing • MSPP Gold and Gold Certified Partners • Microsoft Action Pack (MAPS) • System Builder Channel • Trial, MSDN, Technet, ISV Royalty, SPLA, and BRL** do not require registration • Add-on CALs do not require registration

The Product Group is aiming to enable this upgrade offer circa July 2008. Eligibility: If Customer has SA, and possesses CRM 3.0 Professional licenses as of December 31, 2007, they are entitled to receive up to 2 Enterprise licenses instead of one CRM Professional 4.0 license for each Dynamics CRM 3.0 Professional license they possess.
Upgrade & Migration Path: BRL/DPLDynamics CRM 3.0 Customers with Enhancement Plan On-Premise Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 Professional Edition Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 1 Named User CAL 1 Named User CAL or 1 Device CAL 1 Server 1 Professional Server* 1 External Connector 1 External Connector • BREP renewal will be calculated based on • Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 list prices. *Customers may choose to ‘step up’ to the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Enterprise Server edition by paying the difference in price between the Microsoft Dynamics Professional and Enterprise Server editions. Partners should contact their PAM for details.
Upgrade & Migration Path Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 FPP Customers On-Premise • Microsoft Dynamics CRM no longer in the FPP Channel as of January 1, 2008 • Notifications were emailed & posted to FPP Distributor/Reseller partners in October 2007 • Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Upgrade*: • Registered FPP 3.0 SBE/Pro customers • Will receive Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Professional Server • Will be proactively contacted circa June 2008 • Based on SSWS registration data, • ROCs will contact and deliver instructions re: media & license keys to these Customers* Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 SBE/Pro FPP Customer Maintenance : • Registered Users entitled to one year of Maintenance from date of their registration • Will continue to receive Maintenance until expiration • SA for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 SBE/Pro FPP Customers: • Purchase SA within 90 days of Maintenance expiration • Purchase Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Servers/CALs through Volume Licensing * Eligibility: Microsoft Dynamics CRM FPP SBE/Pro Customers registered after January 1, 2007 on the Self Service Web Site.

Upgrade & Migration Path Microsoft Dynamics CRM 1.2 Customers On-Premise Microsoft Dynamics 1.2 Customers: • Must upgrade to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 before upgrading to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 editions. • There is no technical direct upgrade path from Microsoft Dynamics CRM 1.2 to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0. The licensing upgrade path for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 1.2 Users to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0; and from Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 is as follows:
Downgrade RightsMicrosoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 Customers On-Premise Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 SBE customers with SA may: • Purchase Dynamics CRM 4.0 Workgroup Server and use downgrade rights • With Workgroup to SBE license downgrade, Customers must also purchase five (5) Microsoft Dynamics CRM ‘full’ CALs (as users are inclusive with Workgroup). • Purchase additional Dynamics CRM 4.0 ‘full’ CALs • CRM 3.0 Media is available via eOpen or from Distributors/LARs Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 Professional customers with SA or BREP may: • Purchase Dynamics CRM 4.0 Professional/Enterprise Server(s) and use downgrade rights • Purchase Dynamics CRM 4.0 ‘full’ CALs • CRM 3.0 media is available via MVLS/VLSC for VL Customers and from PartnerSource for BRL/DPL License Keys: • Are located on the physical Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 media packaging • Download only customers (tax considerations) may request license keys from the Product Group (via an escalation) and/or may contact their Regional Operations Center for assistance with this process.
Downgrade Rights Microsoft Dynamics CRM 1.2 Customers On-Premise • Microsoft Dynamics CRM 1.2 customers with SA may: • Purchase Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 ‘full’ CALs • Purchase Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Professional Server licenses • Using the physical media they already possess, install any additional Server(s) • Via Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 downgrade rights;& Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 downgrade rights, continue to use Microsoft Dynamics CRM 1.2. • No physical media will be available/orderable for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 1.2 Customers. • Microsoft Dynamics CRM 1.2 License Keys! • Microsoft Dynamics CRM 1.2 customer’s will need to obtain license keys for additional CAL purchases: • Using the “CRM 1.2 Additional Users” form - available on explore.ms/Programs/Forms • Customers should contact their Regional Operations Center for assistance
