Portahealth en pratique • Spécificités: • - Liaison internet; • - Connexion Portahealth (site portail SPF Santé Publique); • Choix du gestionnaire local; • Connexion Portail fédéral (Fedict = SPF technologie de l'information et de la communication); • - Demande Token (carte avec codes d'accès); • - Procédure d’identification à chaque connexion.

XXX-SFZ-VERS-EXPORTZ-YYYY-P.TXT XXX = numéro d’agrément de l’hôpital ; par ex., 001  Z : le bloc d’envoi : Z = TRIM = trimestriel Z = REV = réviseur Z = BUD = budget Z = ANN = annuel Z = B2008 = one shot  VERS = version de l’enregistrement ; actuellement : 2.7  YYYY = année d’enregistrement ; année 2006 pour l’envoi « one shot » P = période d’enregistrement  12 pour l’envoi « one shot » 001-SFB2008-2.7-EXPORTB2008-2006-12.TXT le nom du fichier y inclus l’extension TXT doit être en majuscule.
