  1. THE.CHURCH.OF.THE.LIVING.GOD_ ERIE.PA FRIDAY_ 51-0727 E-51And may, after the going of this meeting, when the people wake up to the consciousness of what's just happened, may there be a revival in every church in the city. May this city, oh, be altogether on a stir for the Lord Jesus.

  2. May every clergyman of the city be inspired, Lord, when he sees his church filling up, and the people coming, making their confession, and wanting to join church and to live for Christ. When he sees the sick that was once sick, then healed and giving testimony on thousands of others, Lord, believing... Grant it, Lord, tonight that something may happen that will stir them.

  3. JAMES 1:12 Blessed is the man that endurethtemptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him. JAMES 1:13 Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man:

  4. JAMES 1:14 But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed. JAMES 1:15 Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death.

  5. ROMANS 4:17 (As it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations,) before him whom he believed, even God, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were. ROMANS 4:18 Who against hope believed in hope, that he might become the father of many nations, according to that which was spoken, So shall thy seed be.
