CYFAR • 1994 • Smith Lever funding designated for 1862 Land Grant Institutions • Included a state activities, not just community sites • State Strengthening Projects (STST) • New Community Projects (NCP) • Sustainable Community Projects (SCP) • Five national networks
CYFERnet • In1999 the five networks were collapsed into one national website in order to provide more oversight and consistencies. • Has 5 editors and 5editorial boards with diverse membership from across the nation.
