Aims of the Unit • To develop understanding of human behaviour in organizations, of the roles which they play in organizations and of the environmental, technological, structural and psychological constraints on organizational behaviour. • To provide an understanding of individual and group level behaviour and its effect on organization wide issues.

  4. Aims of the Unit • To enable students to develop their human relations skills so that they can make effective contributions to organizations within which they may be likely to work. • To develop an understanding of the activities and relationships within organizations so that students can apply their knowledge appropriately.

  5. Assessment Scheme • Coursework Assignments 50% - Class-based tests, Take home assignments specific to the unit/topic • End of Unit Assessment 50% - Examination
