Visualisation tools • Distributed as extension of the BEAM toolbox • Available for download on the GlobCOLOUR web site • With the GlobCOLOUR extension you can • Browse your local product repository • View any type of GlobCOLOUR product • Co-register DDS and global products • Build and export a subset • Visualise and inspect GlobCOLOUR flags • Perform a statistical analysis of ROI pixels • Perform pixel arithmetic • Export pixel values in CSV or directly into Excel • Apply virtually any VISAT function

Status of development • Visualisation tools • Release of version 1.3.0 • Current work consists of • Bug-fixes • Improvement of existing features • Adaption to modified technical specifications • Validation services • An exact copy of the CalValPortal software running at BC is installed at ACRI-ST (with different configuration) • Updates are deployed every two weeks • Specific GlobCOLOUR validation services like match-up of DDS and in-situ data are in progress
